Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, which ones our website uses and how you can change your choices at any time.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the website work, remember your choices and, if you allow it, tell us how the site is used so we can improve it.
2. Your Choices
When you first visit our website, a banner asks whether you accept non-essential cookies. Nothing other than necessary cookies is used unless you click “Accept All” or turn a category on under “Customise”.
You can change your mind at any time by clicking the cookie button in the bottom corner of any page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the website, such as the basket, may then stop working.
3. Necessary Cookies
These are needed for the website to work, for example to keep items in your basket, take payment securely and remember your cookie choices. They can’t be switched off.
| Cookie | Set by | What it does |
|---|---|---|
| cookieyes-consent | Chimpanzeebra (CookieYes) | Remembers your cookie choices |

| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe (WooPayments) | Processes payments securely and helps prevent fraud |
4. Analytics Cookies
With your permission, these help us understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are popular, so we can improve it. The information is combined and doesn’t identify you personally.

|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Counts visits and shows how the website is used |
| sbjs_* | Chimpanzeebra (WooCommerce) | Records how you found our website, such as from a search or an advert |
5. Advertising Cookies
